Our Story

While the Company was originally incorporated in 1999, Our Story starts today! EyeCity International (ICTY) is a visionary real estate investment firm with a focus on emerging markets in South America. Under the leadership of CEO, Brad Wilson, we are quickly established a reputation for identifying high-potential properties with a goal of delivering exceptional returns to our investors.

As we expanded our portfolio, we recognized opportunities beyond traditional real estate. We recently launched our Health & Wellness division with the acquisition of NutriVida, a pioneering company in the weight management sector. This strategic move diversified our business model and opens new avenues for growth.

The most transformative chapter in our story began this year when we embraced the potential of artificial intelligence. Today, AI technology enhances every aspect of our operations, from property analysis to health solution development, positioning ICTY at the forefront of innovation in our industries. We are excited about being able to share part of this new vision in the coming months.

Ron Alltree

Chief Operating Officer

Ron is the Chief Operating Officer, with his main focus on contracts and compliance. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, launching program offerings and developing on and off shore service teams. As a senior executive with Modus (now Akkodis) Consulting, Ron has developed new business opportunities throughout North America.

Previous roles included Managing Partner with Kestrel Technologies (later AT&T Dayton), and Accenture in the development of a specialized and market specific Audit program for Accenture LLC (Chicago).

Bradley Wilson

President and CEO

Bradley Wilson, President and Founder of Rainman Capital, based in Florida and Toronto, Canada is an International Group who has earned an excellent reputation as one of the best consultants focusing on mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and valuation advisory services.

Rainman Capital is continuously seeking opportunities to provide clients with new perspective on issues and challenges effecting today's investments.

Bradley Wilson's skills are both foreign and domestic investments as well as marketing, managing and consultation for publicly traded companies. His specialty still remains in raising capital and structuring a company from start up through the public offering stage.

Bradley has worked in the investment dealer and the commercial real estate fields for more than thirty years. During this time, Bradley has successfully completed many mergers, structuring of public offerings and raised capital for private and publicly traded companies. Bradley has worked with projects from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. His experience also extends to matters greater than $20,000,000 through syndications and partnerships.
